What you'll gain
This qualification provides learners with the knowledge and skills needed to be able to programme safe and effective exercise for both pre and postnatal clients, taking into account the physiological and biomechanical changes associated with pregnancy and the key considerations for pre and postnatal clients taking part in physical activity.

What you'll gain
This qualification is designed to provide learners with the knowledge to ensure safe and effective exercise programming for patients with a number of medical conditions and common reasons for referral onto a community-based exercise referral scheme.
Develop skills to program Pilates matwork sessions for personal training clients or progress into delivering Pilates as part of your group exercise portfolio. You will learn Jospeh Pilates 6 fundamentals and catalogue of movements.

The aim of this qualification is to provide learners with the skills and knowledge to enable them to design, plan and deliver safe and effective Pilates classes.
Further develop skills and knowledge from Level 3. You will learn how to further assess various different joint dysfunctions and therefore diagnose as well as treat your clients.

What you'll gain
The aim of the Level 4 Certificate in Sports Massage Therapy qualification is to provide learners with the knowledge and skills to treat and/or seek to correct common patterns of dysfunction and pre-diagnosed injuries.
Strength and Conditioning will develop skills to enable you to work with athletes and fitness enthusiasts alike. Taking your knowledge to the next level this course is a must for any strength enthusiasts. You will learn Olympic lifting techniques, SAQ drills and correct exercise specific warm up and cool down techniques.
Entry Requirements
Learners must hold either:
- Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training (or equivalent).
- Level 3 Coaching qualification (or equivalent).
- Level 3 Strength and Conditioning qualification (or equivalent).
Learners may also hold:
Subject relevant higher education or further education qualifications that are equivalent or higher than those listed above (e.g. physiotherapy, sports therapy).
There is an element of communication (discussing, presenting, reading and writing) involved and learners should have basic skills in communication pitched at level 3.

- The role of a strength and conditioning coach as part of an athlete’s support team.
- Methods of carrying out performance-related needs analysis, measurements and assessments.
- Strategies to analyse and evaluate assessment findings in order to be able to develop and agree short-, medium- and long-term performance goals.
- Planning, delivering and evaluating periodised, performance-related strength and conditioning programmes.
Learners must hold a Level 3 Diploma in Exercise Referral or equivalent.
What you'll gain
The aim of this qualification is to train learners to a professionally competent level, enabling them to plan, conduct and review programmes to address the needs of clients with low back pain. Enabling them to support clients to change their physical activity and lifestyle behaviours to aid in the management of chronic non-specific low back pain.
